In a managed Postgres database hosted by Supabase, behind row-level security, so every query is scoped to your workspace membership at the database layer, not just in the app. The site and app are served through Cloudflare. The privacy policy has the full picture.

Team chat can be end-to-end encrypted. When it is switched on, messages are encrypted in your browser with keys that only members of the conversation hold, so Axis cannot read them.

Nothing is sent anywhere until you use a feature, and then only the context that feature needs, not your whole workspace. The request goes to the AI provider set for your workspace (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or a local Ollama model). Axis does not use your content to train models.
